Important Details

• Suite Approval:   All suite requests are subject to review and final approval by the Association. 
• Friday, August 20, 2027: Guest names, date changes, and cancellations due date.
• Deposit Policy: A credit card guarantee is required to confirm a reservation. All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. Credit cards will be charged by the hotel approximately 2-4 weeks prior to arrival.  A PACK EXPO Hotel Reservation Representative will call to collect credit card information.  Deposits are refundable if canceled prior to the hotel’s cancellation policy, refer to your confirmation for this information.
