Group Block Request Form
• Book early to receive your priority hotel choice.
• Rates are subject to availability and may change as blocks fill.
• Provide as many hotel choices as possible. Rooms are secured on first-come, first-serve basis.
• Hotels closest to the convention center are popular and availability will be very limited. Choose larger hotels a bit farther out for more availability options.
• Do NOT "straight-line" your request. It is very unusual for a group to all arrive and depart on the same day.
• Upon submission of your request, you will receive email acknowledgement. Please do not call or email once your request has been submitted as it will delay the booking process. All requests will be processed in receipt order.
• All group block requests are subject to review and certain restrictions may apply.

• Final rooming lists and guest name due date.
• All unassigned rooms are released from group blocks after this date.
• After this date, changes to existing reservations and requests for new rooms are subject to availability and rates at the time of the request.
Deposit Information
The first night's deposit for each reservation will be charged 1-2 weeks prior to arrival by the hotel based on the payment type selected below. The hotel will collect the remaining nights charges at check-in.
Please note any additional information (such as special room requests, etc.) in the Special Requests field.
If a person requires auxiliary service under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please make a note of this in the Special Request field.
Suite Requests
Click here to submit your PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2027 Hospitality Suite Request. All requests for hospitality suites must be submitted directly to the PACK EXPO Hotel Reservation Office and be approved by PMMI. Hospitality suites may not be reserved online.
